Email him or send him a PM and ask if he can do your gun. I remember seeing him say something like if you provide him with a training (blue or red) pistol that he doesn't have a mold for, and have him make a new kydex holster from it, then he'll give you the holster for free after you pay for shipping and he keeps the training gun. Not bad considering you can buy most training pistols for $30-$45.

The course they teach the Level 1 class on isn't even 50 yards deep. Maybe 30 yards. But like Ricky-Ray said, most of your drills will be as little as 3 yards, and up to 10 or 15 yards. You really don't do any 25 yard shooting until the end of the day when you're doing the simulation drill (you start back by the sitting area and work your way forward).

Oh, I just meant what part of the range is the class located in. The 25m or the rimfire only 50m range?

The class is taught on the Condor Range. It's all the way at the end of the range. See the enclosed map. I'll usually arrive at about 7:50am and stop at the range office an pay for my range fee, then drive over to Condor range and grab my gear and head in.

Haven't read every word of every post, but it has been said and I'll repeat it: show up in your normal, everyday clothes. I admit I've been down the same road/thought process and I quickly came to the realization that I'm not an "operator" and I don't need to dress like one. A pair of broken in jeans, a t-shirt, baseball cap and some comfy, supportive shoes are all you really need. I've done at least half a dozen classes with this set up and haven't had any issues with what I've worn.

As far as your firearms gear, why has no-one mentioned Comp-Tac? Great people with a great product and quick turn around times. IWB/OWB holsters, mag pouches and belts all at one place. I can't recommend them enough. The only other thing I'd suggest is a dump pouch. Grab one of the Max-pedition roll up units and you are good to go.

Anyway, keep it simple, focus on what's being presented and most of all, have a good time!
