    Name that magazine!

I have a magazine that no one has been able to identify just yet. It's a middle east bring back that i've had for years. Its 9mm looks to hold about 20 rounds or so. It has a 16 printed on the side but no other markings. Looks to be a pistol magazine based on the location of the release cutout.

My first guess is something like an extended Helwan mag, but Ive never seen one.

cz52 has a heal mag catch and the tokarev's have a narrow slot for the mag catch. Could it be for something in .380 or perhaps an SMG mag?

                    Not a Playboy Magazine...Maybe a PlaySheik?
Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...

It's 10 inches long, the opposite side is solid metal, and it is made of steel. I've loaded several 9mm rounds in it and they fit and appeared to feed fine...interesting. Someone else mentioned it looked like an extended mag for a 9mm 1911 except for the elongated magazine release cut out. Oh, and it's a single stack.
