Hadn't taken any photos lately, figured it was time because I just finished my small game rifle. It's a Weatherby Vanguard .223. This was the standard black stock that I painted with Valspar plastic paint. The color is pebble. I shaved off the molding ridge, taped over the checkering and sprayed it, removed the tape, and then hand painted the checkering with flat dark earth. It has two coats of flat clear over everything. I think it came out pretty sweet.
The scope is a Nikon Buckmaster 4.5 - 14x40. I used Talley one-piece mounts with rings. Rock mount bipod.
First time out I shot a .75" group at 100 yards off the bipod.

This is a pic of my go-to rifle, a Marlin 336W. I just scoped it with a Redfield Revolution 2 - 7x33. Has a Pachmeyr buttpad and a Thompson Center ammo carrier.
