    MY 1911 is almost done

Just got a pic from the gunsmith he is doing final touches and firing it before I pick it up. www.danielsgunsmithing.com has done an amazing job on it! Check him out for 1911, custom work, cleanings, safety inspecitons or general gunsmithing! This gun came to him as a frame only and built it up to my specs piece by piece.

    Check out that magwell!

Caspian SS Slide with front cuts and novak back, slide was textured / media blasted top and bottom / polished sides, Duracoated frame, Wilson barrel / lug, STI trigger / trigger job, 3 dot sights, machined / matched mag well, beaver tail and combat hammer, ambi safety and so much more I can get details from him all the goodies. Tried to do stainless, black and grays. I can ask my cousin who hooked me up with parts and what Daniel purchased for build. www.danielsgunsmithing.com
Can wait till he hands it over to me to go shooting!
WANTED a good looking gun with a slick look that would be durable to carry, for home or at the range.

It was a mil spec springfield that the slide came up missing after it was refinished.
So stripped down to the frame and used a few parts that were upgraded.
