I got that notice on my "new" account. I called and *****ed.

If you ship something, put in a shipping tracking number, or make sure that feedback is posted (they told me it was only for ebay auctions) and they clear it in 3 days. That's what they told me anyway. Something about protecting buyers...

I will NEVER use PayPal again! Yes, I know "never" is a long time. But they screwed me bad and they're NEVER going to get another chance to screw me again. I know this means I miss out on some buying/selling opportunities, but that's just the price I have to pay.

PayPal started out as a great idea. It's circling the drain as far as I'm concerned.
