Yet another Craigslist score!

Some will recall the score I made earlier in the summer with a guy selling a 50cal ammo can full of 223 at better than great price per round.. which ended up coming with quite a surprise in the bottom of the can.

Well, to top that, I just snatched up - the same day it was listed - 450 rounds of Winchester factory new frangible already in stripper clips + 2 50cal ammo cans + 1 ammo can with removable lid thats 15" tall + 3x30 round steel CMMG type mag rebuild kits in a molle holder = $140 OTD

Nice! Love those CL scores. Neither of these are my only scores, just 2 recent great ones. I check my local CL weekly just to see what people are dumping for cash, now and then a gem like this comes along.

Great find. I'm aslo a Craigslist bargain hunter. Never know what your gonna find. Maby someone should start a "whats hot on craigslist thread".. There have been some good deals lately.

There is a pretty long and lengthy CL thread here that shows what people are or have been posting on CL all over the USA. Despite the fact gun related items - ammo and weapons - are not allowed

You have to move quick before the uptight trollers "flag" the listing.

I found a few good firearm related deals on CL. Many times people who list gun stuff on CL have no clue and the price is either insanely high or ridiculously low.

Is it Illegal to post a firearm for sale on Craigslist or is it legal just not allowed by them?

Just as long as you do a proper PPT I don't see any harm... I think it's just their own rules.
