    Buying Handguns from Private Seller

    I ran into someone who is selling his handguns, and I would like to buy at least two of them. My question is can I buy two handguns at once from a private party, or am I stopped by the 30 day rule?

      Not sure about buying two handguns at one but ppt is exempt from the 1 in 30 rule

          Unless you live in LA, PPT is exempt from the 1 in 30 (as joelj320 said), so you probably could buy 2 or more.

                  Even if you live in LA you can do the transfer out of LA, Pasadena, Burbank...on both.
