Running to J&G Sales on Tuesday to pick up a CZ-52 and Russian 7.62 Nagant Revolver. With our 03ffl's we can just pay cash and leave with the guns, there is no waiting period, correct?

Also, does anyone have the link handy that is required to be sent in within the 5 days of import?

I don't think so. I could be VERY wrong, but... I don't think you can w/o a C&R FFL...

You can't buy guns outside your state of residence unless you have a FFL.

If you have a typo in your post and meant "with our 03 ffls", then yes, you can cash and carry with no waiting period. Without an FFL, you cannot.

If you do have the C&R license you should pick up a CZ-82 while you're there, very nice pistol.

Damn it! It was a typo. Yes I do have my C&R 03ffl. They have my license on file, I'll probably bring a blank one as well, just to cover my arse. Another member mentioned another shop in Prescott Valley, I'll check that one out as well.

As a C&R license holder it is cash and carry, just file this form upon your return to California.

Dont forget daylight savings time, I was there at 9AM Mountain time and wondered where everybody was at, I forgot AZ doesn't participate with DLST so I got to hang out in the parking lot for an extra hour.

You need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader or some other PDF reader on your computer to view the form. Most computers come with it already installed, but you can download a free version of Acrobat Reader from Adobe's web site if you don't have it yet.
