Should I sell My Polish Tokarev?

I have a very clean tt33 and 4 tins of ammo. Should I sell it and buy my XD40SC I have been wanting or just keep it and save some $ for the XD? I always told my self I wont sell any guns I buy unless I NEED too. I just dont see a point in keeping it. Yes there is the whole wait for 30years or so and it will "maybe" be a collectors item but the ammo keeps getting more expensive and harder to find. I cant just leave it alone so my ammo count is going down. I dont have any other hand guns so I keep shooting. I would love to get something modern so ammo is a little less hastle to aquire. What do you guys think sell it or just buy a new gun and keep this in the safe unfired from now on for another 20-30 years?

I sold my Tokarev because all the surplus ammo dried up. If I can't shoot it, what's the point - even if it is a collectors item or has historical value, I want my guns to be shot.

Selling is so over rated why not give it to me.
