With so many people on GB still not selling to CA, is this type of service still viable? A few years ago, it seems there were a lot more people doing "middleman" services to CA gun buyers. Did they price themselves out of business (I saw some people charging up to 200 bucks to throw on a BB and ship it), or have stores like VA taken over?
I recently have moved out of CA, and have been thinking about getting an FFL with just the intentions of doing this. Being just a side gig to buy top ramen and what not, All I would want to be doing is Out of state transfers (which the going rate in TX is 25$ to do, not nearly 100 like in CA) and middleman services.
