I too have used an old Belly Band holster from time to time---I have the pistol off to my front right side a bit---concealment is good under light clothing---I use a Kahr CW9 for this sort of carry---DAO with no exposed hammer---comfortable if standing---not so good for sitting---seems pretty secure with safety strap over back of grip---keep your finger off the trigger!

Just make sure you are not carrying a snub-nose in this way. You will set you self up for waaaay too many jokes.

Not that particular holster but have carried a Glock/Kahr comfortably with the SmartCarry holsters for a few years. Perfect for when you have to have a tucked in dress shirt for work. Also nice when your in shorts with a tucked in shirt. Doesn't interfere with sitting down in the car but takes just a bit of adjustment when using the restroon (better to use a stall).
For those that dont trust it, how about using one before commenting...you cannnot get the trigger to fire using the SmartCarry and it completely covers the trigger.
