So I order to make my Kel-tec sub 2000 the legal 30in oal I need to extend the stock. Since everywhere is sold out of the factory stock. I have made one. I butchered a limbsaver but I can only use zipties to attach it. Are zipties okay? Or are they not permanent enough for California? If not I will take any suggestions. Or a if anyone knows were I can get a muzzle device that will fit on the 40 s&w version that would be
