Battle Arms Development AAA rating

i normally don't plug companies for good service however so far all my dealings with Battle Arms Development have been exceptionally good.they always have what i order on my doorstep within two days,and there products are high quality. recently i made a mistake when ordering a item from them so i emailed roger at BAD and asked if i could sent back the item in exchange for the one i wanted. I told him i would pay for the shipping both ways,within a couple hours he responded with { no sweat ill send it out right away no charge } and to his word i had it on my door in two days. im very impressed with there customer oriented service. you don't come by above and beyond service like this company has every day. they are in my vendor list under the AAA rating section,i hope they keep up the great service as dealing with the public can be very challenging some times to say the least.

As our products occupy the upper end of the price scale, we back them up with premium service and support. The least expensive product we make (the Matech sight bracket and screw retrofit kit) gets the same treatment, as we only have one customer service policy, that is to use above and beyond as a baseline, and try to do better than that.
