    Stipple my gun

Just stippled my M&P backstrap and now working on my 930 foregrip.
I made a patterned tool that makes a really grippy texture.
Hope the shotgun comes out, will post more pics soon.

Not bad for a first try, IMO

Thanks, I used a brass flat head machine screw that I filed down and used a jewelers file to cut the pattern in.
I removed the tip from my 25 watt soldering iron, screwed in the brass screw and got busy.

When I clicked on your picture to see a stippled grip I was expecting something ugly as usual. That actually looks really nice the way you followed the lines and everything, impressive job.
So um... moon labia or something.

That looks pretty aggressive, should give you some good traction. Hope it doesn't tear up your hands while shooting. The checkering on Kahr pistols, along with their slim grip hurts my hands when I shoot them, I can't imagine what a stipple as aggressive as that might feel like.

Just shot about 700 rds at a pistol class today and the hand its gtg.
The M&P backstrap is a softer plastic so the texture doesnt eat the flesh like sandpaper
