What qualifies as "Custom"?

technically, any part that has been changed from factory specs is "custom". it doesn't mean it's a good thing though.

"custom" cars generally are cheaper than cars with all OEM parts. (ie pimp my ride)

CUSTOM simply means ANYTHING that is no longer in a configuration available from the manufacturer.
Just REMOVING a part does not make it custom, just broken.
