    HE HAD AN ARSENAL!!!!

Really?? One shotgun, one pistol, and 6 lbs of gunpowder now is considered an arsenal with possible bomb making materials.

The media always has to sensationalize any amount of firearms to the point that now it's perceived someone could take down a whole country's military with just a 22. I'm not saying this guy had a 22 or that he was a good person, but the media is always good for getting the facts blown out of proportion.

I've always thought that if I or anyone else on this forum were to be hauled out in front of the media, we would be described as having "A massive arsenal of weaponry including military assault style semi automatic high powered rifles, multiple semiautomatic handguns, and thousands of rounds of ammunition." The pictures of your 10/22 with Archangel dress up kit and the 3 bricks of 22 would be splattered all across the papers.

Someone on another forum pointed out to me that this may be a good reason to have a C&R FFL. Most people are listed as a "collector". This way your firearms collection would have to be listed as a "collection" not "arsenal" and the media outlet could possibly be liable for slander if listed as an arsenal.

    Just a thought.

BTW, I'm not defending the idiot wanna be terrorist, I'm just complaining about the media and how they define a collection of firearms as an "arsenal" so it will sound evil.

I'm curious on what "military" equipment he had. Being ex military though, I can imagine he had a US issued belt which lead them to included that in military equipment lol.

He's not ex-military, he's a rotten worthless AWOL candy-*** puke from Ft Campbell.....and a self proclaimed islamic terrorist.

                  Firing squad at the soonest.

I agree he is not prior military and he never was a soldier. Just a plant from a islamic camp. Wish he could get the firing squad using bean bags until dead. I guess it wouldn't hurt to bathe him in pig fat oil first.

It bugs be when the media uses the term "automatic" in lieu of "semi-automatic". It happens almost every time they talk about guns on the news...
