HELP: mini 14 accessory rails

Ok all, I need help picking an accessory rail for my mini 14.

I have the stainless houge ranch rifle and im looking for a rail that allows me to mount a scope above the action and also allows me to mount flashlight/laser/bipod (if I choose) on the forearm. Possibly a full length rail? I want to keep the houge stock and avoid AW features.

I've been looking and can't find what I need. I don't wont junk either. If you have ideas, please help.

There are at least two companies that make high-quality rails that replace the heat shield above the barrel---I can't remember their names right now, but they are out there.

My Aimpoint CompM2 sits atop a Ultimak rail on my Ruger NRA Mini 14.

Couldn't be happier.

I've a full tactical hand guard available for the Mini-14 system. It features a quad rail system with the top rail running the entire length on the barrel. I'll post pics within the next few hours.
