7.62x39 at Walmart?

Do any of you guys know if bay area Walmarts stock 7.62x39? If so what brand? I've been there many times but never recalled seeing it. Getting someone on the phone can be a task

I know salinas has it, Winchester, I don't remember the cost, seems to me about 50 cents a round. I bought some American Eagle 223 today, 5.85 a box of 20, they only had 3 boxes, brass cased.

I bought some in Milpitas less than a year ago and it was expensive. I think it was $20 something a box for 20 rounds. Remington UMC. Buy some silver bear in bulk online. Much cheaper.

Don't waste the gas/time on a trip to walmart for 7.62x39. The stores that sell ammo do sell it, but as people have mentioned it's not cheap. Buy it online and you'll save a lot even after shipping.

Thanks for the info guys, already got a bunch of Tula online but figured if I could pick up a few boxes at Walmart for $5 a box it wouldn't be too bad. Guess it's not like the 9mm deals there

Tula, $4.79 plus tax per 20 rounds the last time I bought it.

Tula, $4.99/20 if I remember correctly. When I look at Milpitas, and sometimes Fairfield, usually there are only a couple boxes if in stock. Most of the time Tulane 7.62 x 39 is out of stock.

Tracy Walmart carries Ulyanovsk (the white box)... I have not seen the black box tula.
