Is there something going on with Savage Arms?

I've been trying to call their service department from 11am-2pm pst and all I've gotten was either a busy signal or their auto attendant stating their office hours and asking me to try again at a later time. Tried their special orders extension and the system just hangs up on me, tried other options and at one point it told me that it is connecting me to an operator then it hangs up on me again. Very weird!

I will try again tomorrow and report back.
