Can anyone tell me the names of any Dealers/gunsmiths with the required permits to work on "Assault Weapons" in Southern Cal? Say San Fernando to San Diego and out to the Inland Empire?

There are probably others.
If you call the DOJ Registration & Permits Unit, they will give you a half dozen or so nearest your area.
