Just a reminder to everyone out there to keep their shooting legal. Although I don't feel that the kind of people who started the fires are the norm of the calgun member base.

Most of the shooting spots we have in our are are open desert and high fire hazards. I have seen fires started by something as small as a spark from hitting a rock.
I agree...if they say don't shoot...don't shoot. If your are open area shooting bring a shovel. If you start a fire..but the dang thing out! shoot smart. Even better we encourage people who buy ammo in our shop ( we are just down the road from one of the open desert shooting areas), to use the bag we gave them when they bought the ammo to pack trash out of the canyon. You can get a lot of stuff in one bag.
I agree with the statement that it was most likely not Calgunners. It has been my experience, when you guys come to the shop you are a little smarter/ responsible than the average guy.
TorreyYou, you, and you: Panic. The rest of you, come with me.
Incoming fire has the right of way.
