How do U like the Vest Rest

This is my third model. The previous 2 had way to many hassles putting the vest on and off. Plus the plates never rested just right to take stress off the material and avoid sagging. This one is way smaller and adjustable for a perfect fit for any vest. I also added a helmet holder.

Let me know what you guy's think???

Better than my 2x4 cross, but probably more expensive.

Are you thinking about making/selling them?

It was so much work to justify what I would need to charge. I feel it would be to high of a price? Unless I make them raw with now grinding and painting etc but just weld them up and let people do the tedious work? I mainly made it to get all my gear out of the way as well as display it.

make one that holds my gear like a clothes hanger where I can hang it all up in my closet and that would sell. I don't have space in my closet to bolt some large apparatus without blocking access to other areas. I don't like storing my gear in my garage since that is easier access to thieves than my home. I don't want to hang my gear up on the wall in a "Man Cave" like a piece of art....those show-off days are long gone.

Bend the top into a hook, sell a support brace with it too re-enforce the clothing hanger bar, and add a handle to allow an Officer/Grunt to place it on and off the bar with ease.

For guys who like to show-off their gear the best thing is a Sewing Mannequin.

Another cheap option that can take the weight is a SCUBA BC hanger.

They already make one I will find the link. It is $90 and hangs in the closet. and its plastic. It basically is for LEO lockers. If you saw my man cave you would understand I not truly trying to display anything other than get stuff organized. I sew tactical gear and have a ton of samples already in my closet.

I have seen a lot of guys building Rube Goldberg contraptions to air out their armor after a mission. I recently ran across Russ Innovations' design. T ...
