I never can come home from a gun show without buying at least a new upper or pistol of some sort.. The wife hates it if I don't bring her something also, got to be fare she says.

i occasionally get some deals on ammo. i'm not going to the shows much in my neck of the woods; i'm not finding "that deal" i'm hoping for when i do go.

i still find myself going to a show now and then.

I'm heading to the Ukiah gunshow, hoping to buy a Garand. If I'm lucky, maybe a Hi-Power.

I bought 2 Kimber 9mm 1911 mags for $20 ea. I went to the gunshow here about a year ago, there were 4 Garands, this time, none.

I got a mini 14 and a new (old) holster for my .22 single action. Not a bad day. Nothing but reloads there today I passed. Last time I got that guy reloads I FTF and FTE problems in my other mini 14. All in all a good time.
