    Amish Belts CCW?

    Anyone ever use one?

I saw these recommended over at XdTalk as I was looking at Crossbreed Supertucks (I have one on order and the owner of CB also owns XDT).

They're $29 shipped for black or brown, I'll update when I get it in but even if it can't hold a pistol up it seems like a nice solid belt for the price.
All my belts always "come apart" or rip somehow....

The vendor selling them even advertises them for CCW and half the reviews there are from CCWers even though the vendor isn't a firearms-related business...

Nice. I've heard nothing but good stuff. A guy just sent them one that was all smelly and mangled, he did a combat but himself with scissors, and he cracked the kydex by wearing the holster tightly without a firearm in it too often.
Well, he scribbled a note and sent it to them and they sent him back a BRAND NEW one a week later, with the combat cut option that he tried to do for free lol. He posted a thread about it on XDTalk and the owner of XDT/Crossbreed commented and said "oh, so this was our winner of the nastiest holster of the week!" haha. You can't beet a warranty and customer service like that man.

I've got one on the way, but I didn't feel like shelling out another $60 for the Crossbreed belt right now. So I'll give this Amish belt a try. If it isn't rigid enough I'll probably keep it as a normal belt since I can't carry when I'm in California anyway (Orange County)

I like the fact Amish belts come up to size 80....so I can use them to secure a saddle around my horse

          Hahaha. Yeah I noticed that.
Those Amish don't play around man!
Plus if you have a size 80 waist, your jeans probably weight a good 12 pounds haha.

Consider the Aker B21 as well.

Wow. Wish I had seen that first. It has the polymer insert and everything.
              Damn it.
