    MidwayUSA Return Q?

    They sent me the wrong product (yes, I checked my invoice - ordered a blued item, they sent a parkerized version).

    Does anyone know if they reimburse for return shipping? Will they charge me again for shipping the correct item?


    Couldn't find their return policy regarding shipping cost on their website...

    Usually you call Customer Service and get a pre-paid return tag, then send it back. Then they'll send the correct item. It might be on the back of your invoice. If it's Midway's fault, you shouldn't have to pay.

      I just had the same thing happen. I just sent it back USPS with the postage on the front and they credited my account the postage. Midway paid the return shipping for the correct item.

      What I think happened in my case is someone mis-labeled a product and it got in the "correct" bin for that bar code.
      Limit politicians to two terms. One in office and one in jail.

        Just a follow-up:

        MidwayUSA refunded me the full cost of postage ($11) + free shipping of the correct product. Just like microwaveguy...

        Hope this helps anyone else in the future.

          midway is really easy to deal with.. I had a return and they had me credited within 3 days of me sending it to them, so probably the day they got it!

            Call customer service. I had to return some hearing protection that was crappy and was an opened package item. I asked them to pay for my return shipping, since I didn't order the wrong product or decide last minute that I didn't want it, so I didn't really make any mistakes, they just sent me a crappy, used product that didn't work.

                They are very good. I just returned my first defective item and they credited shipping and they are shipping the new one on their dime.

                  Glad they helped you out. I think the Return info is on the back of your packing list, FYI.
                  Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...
