Wondering why you cannot ship a AR-15 upper with a Flash Suppressor to California...

We get conflicting reports. The attorney general states anything with a threaded barrel cannot ship there. The manufacturer states it's fine.


So, we state we cannot ship to California....


Restrictions on Folding Stocks and Night Vision too.

I dont have the time to go through quote PC and try to convince them otherwise, and in the end I dont think it would change their mind.

Too bad because there is quite a bit of crap that I would have bought from them, (a upper, stock, or night vision wouldn't be one of them)

I'm in California and will gladly ship you anything that is truly legal to own in California. Folding stocks, and uppers with flash suppressors are definitely legal to own in california, just need to make sure the rest of your rifle is configured properly (bullet button).

Some night vision equipment is legal, night vision rifle scopes I believe are not.

I am not 100% sure on this but I think NV rifle scopes are ok as long as their is not and IR illuminator attached to the rifle.
