    LEO/MIL only training courses?

Looks like most/all firearms training facilities run LEO/MIL only courses that are not available to civilians. Is this a liability issue or are they being elitist?

i've found that requirement tends to evaporate once you get to know them. Pretty sure it's that industry's version of 'we reserve the right to refuse service' clause. The guys that run the school in the other thread that you posted in, for example, are former Blackwater guys.

I'm just seeing it all the place, from armorer courses to firearms training.
