Sell my HK 40 to get what?

Starting to prefer my Glock trigger (G26) and would like to get something lighter than my Ruger full-lug .357 for the woods. I think it makes sense to sell my most "valuable" gun which happens to be my new HK USP Compact .40.

I'm looking for a Glock that can work well against 4-legged critters. Only the G20 will stand a chance against a decent-sized bear but for the Blackies, I guess the .357 Sig will also work.

However, what do I get- the Glock 20? Maybe the Glock 31 or 32? The G20 is tough since ammo is expensive. To maintain full reliability, I'd use the Glock barrel, but that makes reloading tougher due to the case bulge. I'd guess .357 Sig ammo is cheaper. I have been flipping these around in my head for weeks. Any helpful thoughts?

I would keep the HK USP .40 and save up for a rifle, or shotgun for the 4-legged critters. You're going to lose too much money on the .40.

I can't carry a big gun in the woods due to local sensibilities/sensitivity. I have to CCW (and I have a permit) but that 357 is heavy. I will probably lose some on the HK for sure, if I go this route. I paid around $860 for it, when it was all said and done. Then the two extra mags were around $80. However, a Glock gives me some trigger familiarity too. Much to think about...

Keep the HK and load it with the heavier 180 grain bullets---you will be well armed for most woods encounters.
