    Libyan rebels with M240Bs?

    Libya conflict: UN accuses both sides of war crimes

    UN investigators accuse Libyan government forces of war crimes, but say there is evidence of opposition abuses as well.


    Take a look at that picture. Those are a bunch of "rag tag" Libyan rebels with what look like M240Bs. How did they get 240Bs?

              It looks more like an FN MAG... no heat-shield on the top of the barrel.

                      they got it the same way mexican cartels get their guns, from guns stores in america duh.

                      haven't you noticed the section at your local gun store that had the fully automatic machine guns?

                                              Maybe you guys are unaware but the country of Libya has purchased small arms to large weapon systems legitimately from weapons manf over the years, as recently as a couple years ago they bought FN f2000 with 40mm launchers directly from Fn with EU approval.

                                                      because they got permission to buy them? its not like the firearm industry is completly exclusive. GUn companies are out to make money from anyone they can sell guns to.
