Shooting high left with my new Glock

I took my new G34 out on Monday and put about 50 rounds through it. When shooting at 15 yards standing I got a group a little bigger than my fist (not great but it was at least a consistent group)

The group was consistently about 3" high and 3" left. I took a look at the shooting pie chart and it said: Pushing (anticipating recoil, no follow through).

I feel like if I was flinching I wouldn't have had as tight a group as I did.

If I need to adjust the sights I will but I don't want to embrace bad form if that's it.

When you're shooting high left, what do you usually do to correct it?

probably gripping to tight with your main hand which is pushing the shots up and to the left. Get a few snap caps and mix them in with your mags and see what happens when you come across one. you can typically get a good idea of what your doing wrong when you come across a snap cap

I did the same initially with my G19. I don't do it with any of my other handguns. After many range sessions finally got it worked out, but I did adjust the rear sight a tad as well.

The good news it is most likely you and not the gun. When I first started shooting Glocks I had the same problem.

I should be at USI on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Lets get together and I will help you with it. PM me if interested. Sammy

That chart only applies to single hand shooting just so you know.
