FSC556 COMP QUESTION

So I went back to it instead of my Vortex, I know it doesn't hide the flash as well but since my 16" is a CQB set up with a Eotech 512 and iron back ups, so I thought it would make sense.
My question has anyone here used in a competition or have tested it.

excellent comp unless you are the poor unfortunate guy shooting next to one on a rifle. Its got some serious concussion. Muzzle climb is minimal too.

Yeah it's loud! It seems to vibrate back on target over and over again, and at night the flame was very small, not as small as the Vortex but better than the A2

yeah your cool, not everyone shoots at paper the way you do, I would not want to be part of team hitting a house and hear that thing go off next to me, the brass is bad enough.

Shoot inside a well enclosed space (like a shoothouse) and you will quickly become part of a ***t-list-of-people "who not to shoot next to."

The FSC556 is awesome (I have one) but the concussion is not. The BC fares better inside enclosed spaces.

Yes, I have also used it competitively, works great.

Wish I had a dollar for everytime someone set up next to me and then left for a more distant lane after 2-3 rounds. Something about hot GSR some people don't like in their face when trying to concentrate? M1A comps are great too.

Not for me! today I shot it with out any ears on and wow my ears felt like they exploded.

Yeah it's loud but awsome! I have one on my piston driven 14". Why you selling it? What's you price and pm me to let me know? Also must have been hell shooting without ear pro. Ouch!

I have an earpro but it does not work I can hear everything even the round going off!

Well you need to get better earpro. Did you have muffs or softies? Where you shooting inside or outside?
