First order 9 days and still no show...

"edit"..arrived on Day 10 with "parts missing"... .They did say they will refund part of my charges for the missing parts..we will see if that actually happens...

Finally spoke with someone who seemed quite willing to make things right.
He explained that they were having employee issues.
That my order was unfortunately one who suffered because of it.

Has made it right and made themselves a new customer.

Ordered from them twice. First time the shipping box was really old and smashed up with a small hole in it. Inside some of the ammo boxes were a little squashed but the rounds looked OK. One box of .40 Fiocchi was ripped open and the rounds were loose in the shipping box. 17 rounds where just missing. Emailed to tell them about this and got no response.
About a year after this I saw a really good deal on Palmetto's site so I thought I'd give them another try. This time everything went fine, no problems.
They have good prices and cheap shipping. Nobody is perfect so I'd recommend them.
