    Gun Shop employees?

It must be fun working a pretty cool gun shop, but I was wondering how do the employees get a check, what are the benefits? I hear alot of employee discount, how much is a discount? Do they get salary, hourly? Reason why I ask is aside from the owners how would a person live, especially here in the Bay Area.

I believe some of the shop "owners" have problems themselves living in the Bay -
