    Gun show in Ontario tomorrow

This will be my first time going to the convention center.

    Any tips on parking?

Is it ok if I take my backpack to carry stuff?(I've been stopped before at electronics events)

    will calguns make a showing?

what else am I forgetting to ask?

will calguns make a showing? I believe so

Yes, there will be plenty of beef jerky and tazers
    Think that is about it

Don't waste your time with Crossroads Shows. Save your admin price and gas money.

Recently I went to an Ontairo gun show---I've been to a lot worse---at least there a lot of gun stuff---that said, the parking was very high ($8. if I remember) and there is no legal parking anywhere near---the entrance fee was high too (can't remember, but it bothered me)---so basically you are out about $20 bucks before you buy anything---this takes a lot of the fun out. For example, the Glendale show has free parking and a reasonable entrance fee. I don't go to the Ontario show anymore.

Ontario show sucks, unless your looking for a bunch of Chinese crap. IMO.

anyone who actually went today? Last crossroads I went to was well worth the price of admission...IF you stock up. Not for someone who wants a deal on one our two hundred rounds. I picked up nearly 3000 rounds total of assorted calibers and it was WELL worth it.

Anyone go today? Just checking if it was worth going tomorrow. Don't mind the $20 to park and get in. Last year when I went it seemed the distributers were falling asleep and just wanting to get out of there after having a poor Sat. worth of sales...Thank You

My son and I went today. Not sure if the quality of the show was good because it was my first gun show ever, but we had a really good time.

There were a lot of people there. The ammo booths, especially were busy. I got what I wanted, but waited until we left to pick it up and in one case got their last box.

I wasn't expecting to see all of the stuff that was not gun/outdoors related. Collectible plates and old watches were not what we were there for. Didn't bother us, but we weren't interested in any of this stuff.

The Calguns booth was there and we said hello.

Overall, I thought it was pretty much what I expected. Personally, I didn't mind the money for gas/admission/parking because I had planned for it and really just considered it an entertainment expense. Being new to the sport it was great to see so much product together at one time. I took some names of products I was interested in and now have time to do some research.....before I take my niece to the Del Mar show next week.

Crossroads is slightly above swap-meet status with me. I don't go unless I am looking to blow cash on crap that is worthless and someone else's trash. I have not been to one since the magazine ban as that's pretty much when they began the spiral downward.
