That is so totally fake. Firstly, the way she was shooting that rifle looked more like she was having an epileptic seizure, than shooting a .223 in FA.
Secondly, muzzle flash could easily be added in post production. I have seen kid's videos on Youtube with added muzzle flash.
Thirdly, where is the ejected .223 brass and the resulting bullet hits (a). on the kid's stroller, and (b.) the back wall? Not a scratch anywhere.
It's a cheaply made viral video to get people talking and attract people to their site. I guess it's working.
