So I like to think I'm good at making things. My fan works half the time and the cats tail is nearly healed... And no one can tell the porn was red on fire...
So I decided I didn't want to pay 80 bucks for a creedmore shooting jacket. I just don't n ow if I'm ready to make that commitment, so I was going to build one from leather, foam padding, and a bdu top.
So for you that have a no frills shooting jacket, what is good to incorporate? There will already be a padded shoulder for the stock, padded elbows for the prone position, and a section of leather where the loop sling will tighten on. What else would be foot to incorporate?
Let it be known I've already got the materials to build it, im not going to buy one unless this fails epically but I hope it won't.
