Osama bin Laden's AK?

After the death of Osama bin Laden, the news showed all the photos of him. I noticed that he seemed to have one AK in all the pictures with him. Can anyone identify his AK? (He seemed like he was quite attached to it) I can't make out if it is stamped or milled.







P.S. The US Government should take his AK as a trophy since they didn't claim his body.

It's a russian shorty. He took it off a Russian soldier in the 80's and has carried it as a memento until bullets entered his brain.
