Has anyone ever had an ill experience with these guys? I don't want to rag on companies here, but they've been pissing me off. I ordered two simple items that are available on tons of websites, but their prices are lower, so I went with that...10 days go by without an email confirming the order beyond "Thanks for placing an order! HERP DERP!" No expected delivery date, nothing that would indicate that they were working to deliver...
I emailed twice within the last week and didn't get a response.
Called today, and got a fussy woman on the line that I could barely understand, and got "well you should probably get an email today saying it shipped...you'll probably have it in 3-4 days"...
So a 10 day waiting period to get snapped at, plus I still don't have an "email saying it will probably be shipped."
Just a heads up, if you're used to kush treatment from other online websites, stick to them!
