    Anyoneelse have this problem?

I always search and search on the for sale threads for stuff. As soon as I break down and buy new at full retail, whatever I just bought shows up for sale. Then I end up buying that too. So I either have to return the new one or I keep it and have two. Is there a website where you can "pretend" purchase an item. This would be great! That way a used one is sure to instantly show up in the marketplace. Could save me some money and space in the parts bin LOL.

with some guns... it is a commonly held belief that early examples of a model are superior to newer examples; buy an early example and then look at the high price of "new" and smile. then... keep walkin and don't look back.

I bought a S&W model 586, in the first year when it was intruced in the 80's. I had to pay a little extra as a premium to get it. But, I liked it and did not regret it.
