    Good News for me...

The ATF has charged my American Express for the 01 application I sent in Maybe I'll be a dealer here soon. They processed my Curio and relic in two weeks. ( where have I heard that two weeks before? ) Oh well, maybe it will be in the mail soon? Can't wait to start buying guns for my friends and me. Lets see, dealer cost on a new Remington 700 PSS in .308 ?????

Did you have a storefront or business establishment when applying?

I live in the unincorporated part of San Diego County. From what I've read it shouldn't be a problem I will be working out of my house It will be nice to have a little extra retirement income

What about all your paperwork from the CA DOJBOF?

You need more than a 01 FFL from the BATF to sell firearms in this state.

At least locally you shouldn't have a problem.

CA DOJ BOF requires the 01FFL, CoE and a biz license for the type of activity and locale in order for you to be listed on their Centralized Dealers List.

I got to get the license first....( Two Weeks )
I already have the COE paperwork filled out. When the license comes I will run down and get my business license and then send off for the COE and to have name put on the all famous list. I'm sure it will be a couple years before I have any kind of real business.
