Question regarding FFL fee and multiple purchases

I was going through the FFL fees list sticky and noticed it gave initial fee and then fee for second purchase. This confused me some because I was under the impression that you can only purchase one firearm every 30 days. Yes I did multiple searches on this but my search skills lack .

Here is my scenario, I jumped on the deal for the Surplus Ammo stripped lowers from Karris Guns posted on here earlier and bought multiple stripped lowers. I am headed down to start my paperwork on the first lower, I have to wait 30 days between paperwork for each? If so how does the second FFL fee on the second firearm work?

    Thanks in advance.

the 30-day rule only applies to handgun transfers, not long gun transfers (or bare receivers)

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

And as far as i know, this one every 30days does not apply to used handguns.

"Used" is not exactly the correct term. The 1-in-30 rule doesn't apply to PPT transfers. (Both parties are CA residents and go to the same FFL at the same time).

Used handguns transferred (shipped usually) into a dealer's inventory are still subject to the 1-in-30 rule.

                Thank you for explaining that.

Be sure to ask the FFL if the second gun has to be shipped in the same box as the first gun in order to qualify for the second, lower price. Just because you bought two guns from the same source, your FFL may consider still consider it two separate transactions.
