I am a former Infantry Marine who is currently working in Executive Protection. I have a CCW, am a NRA Certified RSO, and working towards my NRA Instructors certification. My end goal is to get into the Firearms Industry, from being an instructor to just about anything else. So my question is, what license/certification do I have to have to be able to own/poses the equipment that are legal in other states, but not in California(ie. threaded barrels, hi-cap mags, etc.) or is the only option to move out of California?

Qualifications Question
- Evil is in our nature....we call ourselves human, but the truth is we're animals that speak. The only reason we are good is because we fear the consequences of being bad, remove the consequences and this world spirals into chaos.Tags: None -
You were able to get a CCW in OC? -
Yes I was. I used my work(Executive Protection) as my "justification"- Evil is in our nature....we call ourselves human, but the truth is we're animals that speak. The only reason we are good is because we fear the consequences of being bad, remove the consequences and this world spirals into chaos.Comment
