When you find yourself going into technical details about guns with your significant other who moved on to another activity insinuated by the fact she is no longer looking at you while you kept babbling while looking at the sky and doing motions with your hands.

Not a single person in the crowd is rational or reachable because the parade's for gay folks and it's in SF.

When you find a gun(s) in your safe that you forgot you ever had.

Or when a smilie is named after you

When you buy a gun because someone gave you some loose ammunition.

When you buy brass, dies and bullets for a cartridge/caliber that you don't even own yet.

If you have to ask yourself this question... you're not one yet.

If you know what a certificate of eligibility is and/or the one handgun per 30 day rule isn't cutting it anymore..you might be a gun nut.

If you know what every ffl within 30 miles of your house charges for a PPT, you might be a gun nut.

If you find yourself buying guns to see how they shoot rather than renting or borrowing...

kinda starting to sound like a Jeff Foxworthy routine.

When you get calls from various shops reminding you to come and pick up your gun(s) before the 30 days is up.
