Whats the legality on a handcrank gatling gun? Someone once told me it was legal as long as its one shot per revolution.

Hand crank gatling guns are perfectly legal in most states (including CA).

I had a full size gatling gun, the problem is the feed mechanism falls under the 10 round magazine limit. They used either upright sticks or large helical feed drums...TURNING and turning in the widening gyre

Funny thing or should I say sad, was that until the ATF changed the ruling in 2004,(link to ruling) you could put an electric motor on a Gatling gun, the older ruling was an IRS ruling from 1955 that stated you could but now it is illegal.
