    CA Unloaded Gun....

Can you have an unloaded (NO AMMO) magazine mounted to an AR15 Rifle while locked together in my Pelican case and placed at a trunk or do I need to take it out and move it separately here in CA?

By mounted I'm guessing in the magwell?

Or attached in some way, maybe mag pouch on stock?

Either way, make sure its less than 10 round mag, got a bullet button and their should be no problem
I'm banging the chick in my avatar, think I can get a CCW now?

Yes, 10rd mag with bb.....is it okay to mount it on a magwell (NO AMMO) while in a locked container together in a trunk?

Thanks.....I guess my next question would be, can I keep my spare loaded magazine (WITH AMMO BUT NOT ATTACHED TO THE MAGWELL) together in a Locked Pelican Rifle Case?
