Yep, just as Gandhi 'may have' told him to do it.

Ted, this is nothing new. Back in 1989, shortly after the Stockton schoolyard shooting, when the term "assault weapon" became vogue in the news media, there was a shooting at a 24-hour restaurant in downtown Los Angeles. The L.A. Herald Examiner (now out of business) splashed the headline of their paper with "Assault Weapon used to spray restaurant in drive-by shooting".

I'm sure that the headline sold a few more papers, for they got my 25 cents....but it was not exactly correct!

      #1: NO suspect was seen
      #2: NO weapon was seen
      #3: NO vehicle was seen
#4: One of the windows of the restaurant was shattered by bullets and 3 bullets were recovered from an interior wall
#5: The recovered bullets were 9mm "ball" rounds

So much for "investigative reporting"! The headline was purely hysteria-based....and hysteria is what the news media LOVES to CAUSE!

And that is the sad and scary part. The news media plays on people's fears and uses terms incorrectly (and I think purposefully) to boost ratings. Scare people and they will be glued to their sets. "Stay tuned..."

Nice racks are much better. You can grab both sides of the rack to help stabilize while mounting.

Godspeed officer May. He was married with three kids. My heart goes out to his family.

The murderer deserves the death penalty when he's found guilty, not 15 years from now.

thats why I think all court houses should have a gallows right next to the statue of justice.
