BTT and BUMP

What do these mean. Everytime I go to look at what people are selling I always see these two listed. What do they mean?

BTT = back to top
Bump = Bumping up the post to the top of the forum

Both have the same result.

Yes, they do this so that their item doesn't get burried down the list before it sells.
