Looking For 1911 Mags

I just bought a Rock Island Armory 1911 and have heard that the magazines they come with pretty crappy. Anyone have any suggestions of some better ones I should try to pick up

I like my Kimber Tac Pro mags... Or pro Tac or whatever.

Wilsons are pretty nice. Chip Mcormick are pretty nice as well.

You will have to get a few and see what your gun likes. Every 1911 feed's just a little differently.

if you're on a budget.. US Armory has new late production GI mags still in wrap for $9.95 each.. I have about 30 of them and work just fine..

Put up a post in the wtb subforum. I did that a couple months ago and got a great deal on some chip 10 rd powermags.

Mec-Gar are the best and are OEM for many custom 1911 shops.
I like Wilson also.
