    Gun discussions in school?

Aw jeez, its a bait an switch.

What better way to start a gun discussion in your schools classroom than by wearing a nifty CALGUNS.NET T-shirt, long sleeve or short sleeve?

You can send the anti bunch right into vapor lock. Then you practice your CPR on the pretty ones.

Or how about a nice CALGUNS.NET ball cap to keep the sun out of your eys while sitting on the bleachers watching your favorite cheerleader workout?

You could also outfit the entire cheerleading squad with CALGUNS.NET T-shirts.

    Very nice work.

I wonder if I wore a t-shirt and my LaRue schwag hat while I teach if anyone would even notice.

Gee, I'd have done it when I was teaching, but Calguns (along with any firearm site) was blocked on my schools computer. Teachers and students were not allowed to have clothing that had pictures of guns or promoted them.

Now that I'm in a different job, I'll be placing an order soon!

Technically "Freedom is Speech" is restricted in a school zone.

Hence why school employees can't preach. Teachers get sued/fired all the time for stating their beliefs.

Right, because thats the reason all of our chemistry teachers /DIDN'T/ get fired for showing An Inconvenient Truth to all of their classes and making an assignment where you had to identify the best/favorite parts of the film.

Remember, this is the day and age where my European History AP teacher said, "You better do good in your STAR tests because my job is on the line," in which I quickly replied, "What are you talking about? Your a member of the teachers union, hell, you're husband is the union president, what could go wrong?!?!"

These days I blow off all the arbitrary and stupid rules at school. There are only two student advisers so enforcement is pretty much an impossibility, kids are running around with those stupid pattern hoodies with AK-47s on em, so whatever. They're more interested in giving people Saturday school for buying a soda at the vending machines and feigning utility by driving around in their golf carts. The Gestapo is what we call them, I've succeeded in convincing my circle of friends to give the Nazi salute to them whenever they pass by. (One time I had a bottle of Leninade as a gift from someone who thought it reminded her of me, and a student adviser immediately thought I had an alcohol and opened it up to sniff. I told them, "Ja, sehr gut? Ist dies gut? Vud you like to see mein papers?")

Its hard to determine firearm connotations with Calguns Schwag, people will probably think its like some random flea market shirt or one of them Cal whateversports shirts. Heck, if my friend can get away with wearing a black shirt with a smiley face which says in bold white print "I hate you," all bets are off.

Hah, I used to have a wood shop teacher who would rant about his (conservative) political views all the time. I remember him mentioning that he was upset at Ahnold for the .50bmg ban, and how happy he was about getting a S&W .500. Some memorable quotes include: "It's so stupid that I have to wait 10 days to get the gun; I already have a bunch of guns at home", and (at the time of the Michael Jackson trial) he said something along the lines of: "Well, now we just need to wait for the father to wait up on a hill next to Neverland Ranch and put a 7mm through his head."

I wear my NRA jacket to my kids school when I'm picking him up all the time when it's cold out. Get's all of the teachers panties in a bunch I also sent him to school in one of the "AR15 Homeland Defense Rifle" tshirts. Nobody caught any flak about it
Lord, make my hand fast and accurate.
Let my aim be true and my hand faster
than those who would seek to destroy me.
Grant me victory over my foes and those who wish to do harm to me and mine.
Let not my last thought be 'If I only had my gun."
And Lord, if today is truly the day you call me home, let me die in an empty pile of brass.
