a lot of these videos are made by teenage kids who's only experience with handguns is through video games and movies. apparently soldiers of war can take multiple hits in the chest and completely heal by standing in a corner somewhere for a few seconds. besides, everyone knows XDm's are the best handgun ever created

Ahh yes. The Desert Eagle and wanting one. I clearly remember as a kid, way back when Tri-City sporting goods was still open and sold pistols that my buddy and I would go there when we were bored and drool over the DE's in the case knowing that there was no way in hell we could convince the guy behind the counter to let us fondle it(we were 12, and this was long before counterstrike or any of that crap, BTW I quit playing CS back in beta 6 when things like LAN parties still existed)

Fast forward a couple of decades or so, and I still kind of want one, but just like bdsmchs mentioned I don't want to be "that guy". Now being a hell of a lot more knowledgeable than when I was 12, I understand the ridiculous impracticality of the things and the only reason I have at all to want one, is that I wanted one as a kid so at best it would be a nostalgia thing. So unless I happen to find one hell of a deal it's just not something I plan on owning any time soon.
